Our Story

Vapiano started in Hamburg, Germany in 2002 and we opened our first restaurant in Bogota, Colombia in 2014 in the Zona T, truly offering something different.

At first Personalisation was key and we offered handmade fresh pasta cooked in front of you, exactly as you like it. Extra chilli? Sure? No garlic? No problem. Can’t eat mushrooms? We’ll leave them out.
We now offer an amazing experience to our guests with full customization and your choice of full service ordering dierectly to our Vapianisti or using your cellphone.

Our pizza dough, sauces, dressings and dolci are made by us, from scratch in house every single day.

We have one restaurant in Bogota Zona T and hope to expand to other locations soon.
